nopCommerce 4.20beta - An error of restart application to apply changes after install a plugin

Hi,i published the nop 4.2 beta in my Linux server(CentOS 7 64bit),proxy server(nginx 1.12.2).Running as a background server.
When i install a plugin(Nivo Slider) and i will get the notification message(Changes will be apply after restart application),
but when i click the button(Restart application to apply changes) and i get an error "502 Bad Gateway",then the nginx server will restart in a minute.
when i try these action again,and get the same error.
So i'm not sure where the exactly is. cause of the user permissions(i'm not familiar the linux system now) or something?

I have just installed NopCommerce 4.2 beta hoping we are within weeks of the official release date.

I'm facing the same problem as the guy above: NivoSlider does not install and I am not on Linux, I am developing locally on Windows 10 using Visual Studio 2017.

When I press the INSTALL green button it refreshes the page too quickly (it does not even attempt to install it); howvere something is going wrong because it removes the NivoSlider widget from the Plugins list. If I chose to update or refresh the available plugins NivoSlider reappears showing the INSTALL button.

Is this a bug that will be fixed with 4.2 official release and anyone know how long we have to wait?

I've just noticed Andrei Mazulnitsyn wrote 6 hours ago that 4.2 will likely be released next week, so that answers my last question.
I guess I'll find out then if NivoSlider isn't installing because of a problem in my environment or if it's a 4.2 beta bug!
