Return Request settings

Hi there, I have in the past been able to do a return request (on my own account to see how it works) but now I don't seem to have a button to press "return" anywhere?
I have checked all the settings, made the return days available up to 4000 and have looked on numerous orders but there is no button to click "return"
I have looked in the documentation and have followed the steps but it just seems to be missing?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated

Hi.

did you check this setting?

ordersettings.returnrequestsenabled should be TRUE

Then, edit a product and check if the option Not returnable is unchecked.

Hi there, yes the Order settings are showing "Enable Returns Systems" is ticked. Unless you mean somewhere else?

Hello Rachel,

perhaps the problem is in the current "state" of your orders? An order should be marked as "shipped" and then as "delivered" (in your administration) in order to be returnable. Unless all conditions are met, the "return" button will not appear.

Please check the status of your orders.
