New Feature permission Problems?

So I have recently upgraded my version of nopCommerce from 1.60 to 1.80.  I would like to use the return management feature, but whenever I go to the "Return Requests" page, it gives me this:

"You do not have permission to perform the selected operation. "

I am the administrator with full access.  Any ideas on how to resolve this issue?

Edit:  The same thing goes for the Settings page "Email Accounts" and "SMS Providers" and "Third Pary Int." -- Seems like all the new features are not working because of permissions.

I solved my own problem.  When upgrading, the system does not automatically add the permission for the new features in the Access Control List.  All you have to do is go to the Access control list, and add the permissions to yourself.  Problem solved.
