FEATURE REQUEST: Available Products Based on Group

I have some customers that are contracted with different government, universities, hospitals, etc. With each contract they are contracted to sell specific items at specific prices. They would like the ability to assign specific products to a user group and be able to set specific prices for that user group. This way when the customer logs into NC they would only see the products and prices they have been contracted for.
