I'm using a trial service from Everleap to verify if their services work better than SmarterASP.
I installed a new site and no problems since May 26 2019: yesterday the site was not available, so today i open a ticket to Everleap. They solve the problem immediately by restarting the site: i know that i con do it by myself but i wanna test their support service. Really awesome.
After asking why the site was in hung state they answer me this:

Actually, it is nopCommerce application that run into a hung state. The site was running with no issue. The error you've seen was the error generated by nopCommerce.
It is a known issue with nopCommerce. Once in a while it runs into a hung state and restarting the site resolves it. It is not possible to autodetect this issue from our side as the site is running normally.
You do not have to open a ticket to resolve this issue. All you need to do is to restart the site in your control panel or recycle the application pool in the same section of your control panel:
Is this true? What can be done to prevent this?
