Shipping rate computation not showing up in local plugins (Shipping.FixedByWeightByTotal)

Hi All,

I am using nopCommerce version 4.00 due to requirements for a payment plugin from a specific provider. This plugin is working as expected in the local plugins area.

The inbuilt plugins don't appear to be there but a custom plugin i added is in my list of local plugins. I have attempted to refresh the plugin list, but to no avail.

I am mainly looking for the "Manual (Fixed or By Weight and By Total) - Shipping.FixedByWeightByTotal" to be available.

Is there a way I can get it to appear back in the local plugins?

I should point out I am using the source code in visual studio 2017

Thanks for the reply, I managed to get it working by doing a fresh build of the plugin from Plugin project in source code - after deleting the folder from the Presentation\Nop.Web\Plugins folder.
