nopCommerce v4.2 PayPal Payment Processing Receipt is reporting the wrong Shipping Provider

I am running a store with the following UPS settings and a Pickup.PickupInStore plugin with 19 pickup locations.
When a purchase is made the client can choose to pickup the item at one of our locations or UPS as a shipping carrier.  However, when the information is sent to PayPal, the users billing address and products are all correct except for the Shipping Service; PayPal is reporting  "Air Service" which is very confusing to my store manager because we do not have a carrier with that name.
Posted below are the screen shots of our process, what the User selects, and what PayPal is reporting.  I would like to know how to correct this error and provide the correct information, whether it UPS shipping or PickUp location name within the PayPal receipt that is sent to our Store manager for processing.

I tried to search the code for "Air Service".  Only one item named "Air service center" is returned and it is located in Plugins\Nop.Plugin.Shipping.UPS\Domain\PickupType.cs

Thank!  I thought I would better explain what is happening with more details, based on your question from my first post.  I hope the details here would highlight what is actually happening with this variable that I am unable to determine its source and how to change it.
