Hide Adress and Shipping step in checkout

Hi!

I would hide Adress and Shipping step in checkout. I have only hide the options of each of them, but not the button.

(I assume you still want the page to enter a Billing Address...)

Change these Settings:

shippingsettings.shiptosameaddress  True
shippingsettings.bypassshippingmethodselectionifonlyone  True

Make the Shipping.FixedByWeightByTotal shipping method Active, and configure it:
- Be sure the button/toggle in upper left says "Fixed Rate"
- click on the Manage Shipping Methods button (upper right), and remove all but one method, and rename it as desired (e.g. from "Ground" to just "Shipping")
- back in the configuration page, be sure your method has $0 amount
