Can you tell me where?

I found something like this:
@{
    Layout = "_ColumnsOne";

    //page class
    Html.AppendPageCssClassParts("html-home-page");
}
<div class="page home-page">
    <div class="page-body">
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("Widget", new { widgetZone = PublicWidgetZones.HomePageTop })
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("TopicBlock", new { systemName = "HomePageText" })
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("Widget", new { widgetZone = PublicWidgetZones.HomePageBeforeCategories })
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("HomepageCategories")
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("Widget", new { widgetZone = PublicWidgetZones.HomePageBeforeProducts })
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("HomepageProducts")
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("Widget", new { widgetZone = PublicWidgetZones.HomePageBeforeBestSellers })
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("HomepageBestSellers")
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("Widget", new { widgetZone = PublicWidgetZones.HomePageBeforeNews })
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("HomepageNews")
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("Widget", new { widgetZone = PublicWidgetZones.HomePageBeforePoll })
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("HomepagePolls")
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("Widget", new { widgetZone = PublicWidgetZones.HomePageBottom })
    </div>
</div>

I should add this:
"Html.AddTitleParts("Here my title?"); or i don't change it, and add "text in different place?

Below this:
Html.AppendPageCssClassParts("html-home-page");?

your index.cshtml look like this after adding title

@{
    Layout = "_ColumnsOne";

    Html.AddTitleParts("Home page");

    //page class
    Html.AppendPageCssClassParts("html-home-page");
}
<div class="page home-page">
    <div class="page-body">
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("Widget", new { widgetZone = PublicWidgetZones.HomepageTop })
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("TopicBlock", new { systemName = "HomepageText" })
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("Widget", new { widgetZone = PublicWidgetZones.HomepageBeforeCategories })
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("HomepageCategories")
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("Widget", new { widgetZone = PublicWidgetZones.HomepageBeforeProducts })
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("HomepageProducts")
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("Widget", new { widgetZone = PublicWidgetZones.HomepageBeforeBestSellers })
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("HomepageBestSellers")
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("Widget", new { widgetZone = PublicWidgetZones.HomepageBeforeNews })
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("HomepageNews")
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("Widget", new { widgetZone = PublicWidgetZones.HomepageBeforePoll })
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("HomepagePolls")
        @await Component.InvokeAsync("Widget", new { widgetZone = PublicWidgetZones.HomepageBottom })
    </div>
</div>

if your index.cshtml page calling from theme then you have to add this title into theme index.cshtml file
