SendinBlue v3 API Key Not Found In Database 3.8

Hi,

Can anyone help me, please? We recently changed domain and our sendinblue stuff just stopped working.

So I reinstalled the latest version for 3.8 from the marketplace and noticed there is now a v3 key. When I try to use this key I get

"Key Not Found In Database"

The v2 key sort of works (it worked just fine before the domain change) i.e. templates can be created and I can see my senders list but emails are no longer sending.

Can anyone help?  Sendinblue technical team requires the entire API request code, where do I get this from?

I would appreciate any suggestions on offer, the v3 key worked just fine before but emails are no longer sending from sendinblue!

Cheers

Alex

Hello dear,
I saw your several posts regarding this issue that’s why I'm asking. Did you try to debug to check on which step this error is throwing?

Hi Jaber,

We are still struggling with this, do you have any thoughts?

Kind Regards
