I have attempted to illicit a response from your business since before and after placing and purchasing your trendy shoes 1.9 skin product on 20/2/2011.

Your site seems to work enough to accept payment. Where's the product. Where is any customer service. When I log in my order has an empty download link!

ORDER 247. Just says pending. For 2 Weeks! Please sort this or refund the 99.00 pounds now!

PS I wanted to purchase copyright remove but could not even add that product to cart.

Please take action now. I don't want to have to get my bank involved in reversing the transaction. This is my last resort at contact.

My email address will be in your  [email protected] inbox multiple times. This is not good business.

I also want to buy the shoes store template as base template to customise. I have send a few emails with questions to osshop, but never receive a response. Also their forum has 2 topics with no responses. I´m glad I´ve seen this topic before purchasing the template. Does anyone know what is going on at Osshop?

One of the questions I had for them is the following:

As I understood version 2 (may/june or later this year) will have some major changes with respect to the core engine. If I use nopCommerce version 1.9 as it is, so try to influence things by scripting outside NP, will an upgrade from a shoe store based 1.9 NC site to NC version 2.0 run smoothly?

Any thoughts on this appreciated, since I get no response from osshop.

I assumed I was not the only one. All I want is the product.

I am in London the first 2 weeks of April. Come on Larry. What is going on. I may have wanted further services. Have you dissappeared into thin air. Are you contactable in London. What is going on?

I .also purchased THE TRENDY SHOES template.
tried to contact them to get instruction for installation..............no reply
a few weeks ago i also purchased another template from OSSHOP.BIZ
I paid with PAYPAL.
Waited for the template....................nothing
Filed a dispute with PAYPAL
Oh miracle........got the template.
I think money is the only way to get in toutch with them.
