Re Starting Store Nop 1.4

I'm re-opening the store using 1.4 and wondering if pay pal still works or do i need to upgrade..

So far the sand box nor the main account is not playing but I think its an issue with my account for the time being.  Its been inactive for over a year.


Its hosted under go Daddy so I'd rather not upgrade, no telling what will get lost in the shuffle..

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Got it running, so no changes...

I did loose the store on/off button in the admin section.

Have to select all settings to access it.
