UrlRewrite local chars replace

If product name contains non-asci char like 'Ž' it is being removed from url!

example: product with name 'koža' is gets url '/Products/116-koa.aspx'

Is it possible to at least replace 'ž' with 'z' ?

Any help is much appreciated ?
