How to change the wording 'Featured Products' on the home page to something else like 'Latest Products'.

Go to in language settings

/Admin/Language/Resources?languageId=1

Search "Featured products" in Value column and change it

Admin
Configuration
Languages
View string resources
Search "Featured products" in Value column and change it.

in 'View string resources' you can change may text elements of the the site.
