rewards points / FIX??

is there any fix about rewards point. / nopcommerce 3.4??
Points are not working..
Orders are payed, completed, shipped....
anything else i need to do??

everything works fine if you follow the instructions.
Payed
Shipped
Received
and automatic nopcommerce change to Completed...  the Order.

Actually I have the problem that if I select paypal as formOfPayment and the payment is cancelled the rewards points are redeemed :(

Make sure you have the correct settings for:
Awarded order status:  {Pending Processing Complete Cancelled}
PoinCanceled order status:  {Pending Processing Complete Cancelled}
