Facebook authentication failed

New Update:

I succeeded in compiling DotnetOpenauth.AspNet.dll
But now, if I copy it in the directory Plugins\ExternalAuth.Facebook the site gives the following error:

[SecurityException: Strong name validation failed. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8013141A)]

What's going wrong?

I am using nopcommerce 3.7 version and having same issue. Please let me know the step so i can change in plugin.
