Plugin Development

Hi!

I need a new nopcommerce 3.7 plugin for MercadoLivre integration, it is like eBay, but for local customers (Brazil).

The API and documentation they provided will help.

We need to integrate products and orders.

Plugin
------
  - Settings like product template, account info, keys && tokens.

Products
--------
  - Create && Update (price, pictures, description, publish, pause, etc)
  - The plugin must detect product changes, inventory & price and update MercadoLivre.


Orders
------
  - We need to import all new orders and customers, mark order as shipped, update tracking number, qualify customers and all.

Please send me final price and estimated time to delivery (plugin with source).
