someone who has the ability and knowledge to create a shipping Ad-on for the Norwegian "Posten" and "Bring"?

We are using the regular shipping module, where we have made brackets of fee, based on Posen's tables.

I dont think Norwegian nopCommerce users have reached a critical mass that justify development of a full featured ad-on module, but if you are specific on what you expect from the ad-on, I think you are going to get more answers.
Just fees? Norwegian zip codes looking up town (poststed)? Automatic tracking?
