category not showing in tree list format

hi

our installation doesnt seem to be working properly as i can see the category selection box doesnt show in treelist format.

our page is not showing like this MAIN CATEGORY >> SUB CATEGORY >> SUB SUB CATEGORY in its format. its all showing as level 1 main category. we have lots and lots of sub categories under many main categories too. the older version 3.2 was showing properly assigned but this new version isnt showing.

i compared with nopcommerce default demo admin and its showing perfectly right.

see a screenshot attachment. could it be a problem in installation or do we need to do some settings to get the category dropdown function properly?

any idea why its showing like that please? anybody can help please?

Open one subcategory and check if it has parent category properly assignment.

Yes... sub categories and all sub-sub categories are assigned right. as i said, it was showing properly in previous version of nopCommerce 3 but after upgrade, its not showing properly.

see here the assignment in frontend and backend. they are all perfect.

any solution please?
