Customer Order Upload

Hello

We are looking to setup Nop for our company, But we have seen another Nop pwoered website that has a customer order upload feature we would like to use.

The customer can uplaod an Excel or CSV file to order with us, and an instant order function if they know the part number like the below plugin

but i am unable to find the customer upload plugin
