nopCommerce Custom changes

Hello,

We have a client is looking for a number of custom nopCommerce changes.  I'll list them here:

1)They want breadcrumbs and side nav bar color coded by page.
2)They want to move newsletter subscribe from the footer to the header
3)They want to change the language selector dropdown to two links
Bonus) They want to change the news heading on the home page to dynamically change font size based on the amount of text.

There have been a number of other custom changes to the default.  So this work would need to be done on the site itself.  

If you could give me a ballpark on cost and time.

So I've let this wait because the client is way behind on the account.  

I'd like to finish it up regardless.

We've finished out all the changes except one.

They want there to be an image with every news item.

We've added a picture ID to the database,


And unfortunately we installed this via azure, and have no original source code for the project.

So we've used dotpeek to create a project based on the  core.dll

and made the model changes we needed, however now the project won't build.  It kicks out an error on

[assembly: Extension()]

The nopCommerce version is [assembly: AssemblyVersion("3.9.0.0")]

If anyone has a suggestion it would be appreciated.
