Multiple logs entries

We have a store configured and installed with version 4.10 and multiple logs are being created in the logs with the following error content

Short message  
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond

Can you please confirm that you are not using any third party plugins or if you have any customization?

Because, this looks like some webservice or API is being called here and host have connection issues.

I think you should contact nop-template once so they could very if this issue is caused by any of their plugin or you must contact your developer to look in more details
