iDeal basic - ABN easy support

Hello all,

Well it has been a while but here is a little addition to the iDeal processor this adds support for ABN easy iDeal.
The 1.7 version has been tested by testen Juliën Hanssens because i don't have a ABN easy iDeal account.
The 1.8 version is just a port and has not yet been tested but I expect no problems with it.

If someone finds any problem please let me know or atleast drop a note in this topic.

Is this integrated in version 1.9? I try to get this working with ABN but
sofar withour result...

I am rerouted to the OGONE sight and then I It keep getting the message account not active even if I try the testaccount.

What are the right settings?

We don't recommend iDeal ABN Easy, because of the lack of security.
