can anyone tell me how you achieve "giving Rights to IISuser and IUSer"  i cant see this anywhere ?

I solved this by making sure your web folder has the IIS_USRS added to permissions properly. Mine, because I created a new folder, did not have the IIS_USRS added to the permissions. Once I added, the 302 error was resolved and the Install page loaded. :)
