Promotion

Good evening

I just would like to know why the "promotion" option that I set up in order to give a discount by category didn't turn up on the website?

I asked my support and they replied to me saying that "Using the promotions on nopCommerce is not supported."

Please, I need to set up this option

The discount on the category should work. Make sure you configure it properly. Here is the documentation https://docs.nopcommerce.com/user-guide/marketing/promotional/discounts/index.html

After creating the discount you have to clear the cache from the admin site. The start date and end is also important. In the documentation, it is nicely described.
