Subcategory url display optimization

Hello there!
I'm trying to display the url of the page you're redirected to when navigating to a subcategory in the form "/host/CategorySlug/SubcategorySlug". Deafult nopcommerce config is "host/Category" & "host/Subcategory" respectively. This would've been easy provided I knew the pertaining routes.
