Picking from a Shipping Address dropdown instead of entering an address

Is there a plugin/feature/function in NOP to gain a drop-down menu of some sort on the shipping page that the user has to select from in order to populate the shipping address? I understand we can add multiple shipping addresses within My Account for them to choose from during checkout but our ideal situation would be to set up multiple addresses behind the scenes on a store level so customers would have to choose from the dropdown to checkout.

It's not clear to me whether you have the same Shipping Addresses for all the customers, or different/multiple addresses per customer.
If the former, then see Pickup Points.
If the latter, in admin, you can set up Addresses on a customer. But not per store.
