Go to Admin section > Catalog > Categories
Edit the category for which you want to change the page size of products.
Look in the 2nd tab "SEO"
4th option "Page size:" change this according to your requirement(s).

Catalog->Categories
Select the category you want to update, on the upper left toggle to Advance (From Basic)
Uncheck Allow customers to select page size
Update Page Size accordingly
