Nop Categories Header Menu is available for nopCommerce 2.3.
We actually made a second release this week with a couple of improvements to it.
You can download it from the Extensions section of nopCommerce web site or from our web site http://nop-templates.com/p/11/nop-categories-header-menu
Please read the Releases tab for more information about the latest Release.
