about combobox translation

Hello,

What should be the best way to translate the combobox(es) that have English phrases but it doesn't appear on localization table?

Ex: On the return item page it appears like this:

Hi again,

Two days have passed and no help from anyone.

Meanwhile I've been translating other things, but I need to translate the comboboxes as well.

One thing I saw in this case for the Return Requests:

Configuration>Globalsettings>Return Requests> Return Reasons

It's possible to change the "Reasons", but it seems it only can be on one language.

Any idea how to have it easily globalized/localized?
