Customer Listings (Suggestion)

I would like it if my customers could be able to list on my store (but in a separate part of it), and then when it sells, I get a percent or set amount. Sort of like Amazon.com, or eBay.com.

The Store Admin can choose whether he/she wants to let users sell on their website or not, and to say if they want a percent or set amount for the selling rate, and more.

I was thinking this exact same thing, they could have limited access to a section of the administration section to list their products.
