Installation Problem,...Administation page not rendering properly

Hello everyone,

I have just installed a nop commerce 2.20 for upgrading and testing my website. Everything seem to me fine, except the administration area is not rendering properly. The top drop down menu is displaying links in list form. I have twice re-installed the application, check with the hosting company. Hosting company says that configurationa and permission are set and there is problem with application. I am not developer, just know little bit information about asp.net.

I had this exact issue and tracked it down to IIS's URL Scan blocking various script files. Who is your host?

My host has moved my account to a server that does not run URL scan but I havent been able to perform any tests yet.

Thanks for your help, unfortunately it still not solved. I am using eukhost hosting.
