Order Cancellation and Refund

At a customer's request, I cancelled their order.  Will the refund run automatically on their credit card or do I have to manually refund them?

No. Refund won't run automatically. You have to manually click "Refund" button.

At the very least, the refund button should still be available after cancellation. Currently if you cancel an order first, there is no way to then do a refund.
