How to disabled Estimate shipping option ?

I am using NC2.60 version,

I want to disabled Estimate shipping option on Checkout page (on Cart Page) ?

It it possible..? Tell me if possible !

Admin area > configuration > shipping settings > untick "Estimate shipping enabled"

I don't have that option on mine, I only sell to UK, so don't need "estimate shipping"/select country/state province etc. And remove " discount code" and "add gift card" on same "cart page. version 4.20

1.  Some how we lost SQL sa password. Is there any way to recover it we already raise ticket to goddady.

2. Plesk control panel also not opening godaddy.
