Paypal delay longer to bank recently?

I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing longer delays lately to get funds to the bank from paypal?  Has anything changed or is my bank to blame?

i was but have not used them recently, i was even paying £5 for a swifter transaction and it was still taking 4 days in some cases, not impressed !
