Edit CSS Live (ON the Fly)

I have had a request from one of the people who will be looking after our web site when it goes live to be able to tweek the CSS, is there a way with out having to ftp down, edit the css and then ftp up the css file a way of editing it live, or would I have to go down the route of trying to integrating another CMS in to NOP to handle css editing on the fly?

Currently, there is no way to edit from the admin such as Wordpress does. It poses large security threats unfortunately.
