Blank Guest accounts

Since upgrading from 2.7 to 2.8 I have noticed that I am getting a lot of Empty (or blank) customers when I look at https://www.mystore.com/Admin/OnlineCustomer/List in my Admin panel . I thought it was due to the BrowserCaps.config but now I am not so sure. Anyone else experiencing this? If so, how did you fix it so that you see the ipaddress and location of each customer?
