First Data payment plugin

My FirstData Global Gateway e4 plugin is now available.  It supports Authorize, Capture, Refund, and Void.  The FirstData API doesn't support recurring payments, unfortunately.  There is a free trial available and license keys for single URL or full domains.  

NopCommerce 3.00 is available now and I will be adding versions for 2.8, 2.7, and 2.65 over the next few days.  If you would like one for any of the earlier 2.X versions just let me know.

Updated to 3.2

Updated the 3.2 version to add card saving and manual recurring billing.  This requires you to add the TransArmor Tokenization service to your FirstData merchant services account.  I think it adds $.02 per transaction.

You can test it fully in demo mode and it's a free upgrade if you already have a license for the module.
