Upgrade 2.80 to 3.00 Checkout & Product Pictures error

Hi,
I have upgraded to version 3.00 and everything is working ok except the Checkout button no longer works.

The error is :

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'onclick' of null cart:385
(anonymous function)

When install fresh no problems occur, must be something in the upgrade process.

Do you experience this issue on our demo site?

I was usng the latest changest ff1a504bf160 - have since uploaded the stable No Source version 3.00 from nopcommerce.com and it is working fine.

Very sorry I should have mentioned I was using the changeset from codeplex.

Although now I seem to be missing pictures on product pages! They are present in the admin area and product grid but not displayed on product page?

If I try to add new product pictures, only thumbs appear on product page - no main image.
