Never used it. But you might not be abe to change directory permissions within the filesystem. I would be creating a support ticket with the hosting company.

Already done. Wondering why I can't figure this out, but I'm having them set the permissions on the images folder to allow all. Thanks for your help! Hopefully that clears it up.

I had an epiphany... delete the folder, recreate it using their folder manager and refill it with the images...worked. What a pain. Hopefully didn't loose too many sales.
