advanced terms for discount for coupon code

Hey guys, I want to give my customers up to 36$ discount for orders above 250$.
For example:
If the total is 286 customer will pay only 250$ (36$ discount)
If the to total is 260 he'll pay 250$ (10$ discount, total never goes less than 250$)
If total is 300$, customer pays 264$ (max discount 36$)

It is not possible in the default coupon system, am i right ? (version 3.2)
Does any body know a plugin wich can do that ?

Discount Plugins are only available for "discount requirement rule".  Not calculations.'

Yes, that can be done if you use 3rd party requirement rule based on cart subtotal:

Same, but compiled for 3.20, and is not free

it says there: "Should also work in other 2.XX versions and very easy to make work in 3.XX".

How do i make it work with ver 3.20 ?
I tried to change the "SupportedVersions" value from 2.70 to 3.20, but recieved exception when i tried to use it on discount page in the admin panel.
