not able to run admin application in visual studio 2013

When i am running the Nop.web that is running properly .
and when i am running the Nop.Admin that is showing me the error

unable to start debugging on the web server .The Microsoft Visual Studio Remote debugging monitor (MSVSMON.EXE) does not appear to be running on the remote computer .This may be because a firewall is preventing communication to the remote computer.

Please help me

You can't directly run Admin project by setting it as startup project. You can navigate to admin by clicking on Administration link on top of page while logged in with Administrative account (email and password that you have provided while setting database).
