installation complete - but can not access back end or the Administrator login on the front end

I was able to get sqlexpress server running and was able to run the installation successfully (I think)

from this address in my chrome browser:  http://localhost:15536/install

I populated the Store info including my email address, and password, and checked the box for Create Sample data.

For Database information I selected use SQL Server (or express) option (recommended).  I also checked the box for "Create a database if it doesn't exist".  After selecting radio button to use SQL to use SQL connection values - rather than a connection string, I then entered the local path to my Sqlexpress server, and input a database name (arbitrary).  After that I checked radio button for "use integrated windows authentication" (recommended).
Then clicked:  Install.

After a few moments a new Chrome browser tab pops up w/ the following address:  http://localhost:15536/ and the tab named or tagged as "Your store"

midway down the page it reads:

Welcome to our store
Online shopping is the process consumers go through to purchase products or services over the Internet. You can edit this in the admin site.

However, when I try logging in using the email address and p/w I supplied on the install web page, I get nothing.  BTW ... the only login I see is for Returning Customers.

Stumped ... how do I get to the true Front End as well as the Admin Panel or Back end ????

Clearly my system does not recognize my credentials as the Admin - but why not ???

it's like I'm not being recognized as the Administrator - if I try logging in it's as though the page thinks I'm a customer who has not yet registered ...

I go from the Installation page ... to a page that looks a lot like the demo page on nopcommerce.com, but w/o any link to login to the admin panel

is this solved now?
