Email configuration with Applied innovation

Hello

I would like to know the email configuration for my website celebwears.com at applied innovation shared server ( one recommended by NOP )

I have tried all the possible configurations but it keeps giving me errors.

Please help

I have setup

Host  as mail.celebwears.com

Port as 25

User as [email protected]

Its not getting through..can you please help as its hosted on the recommended hosting provider Appied innovation

I have mine set up the same, except for the user email....my user is [email protected]   Have you gone within the helm and set up the email mail boxes?  You must have a mail address for each email you want to use....hence, you would have to have a email box set up within the helm if you are using [email protected]
