Page not loading

Hey

My site works 100% on my development PC.
When I publish and upload my site the default.aspx page amongst others does not load.
I can manually navigate to pages like /Contactus.aspx, /AboutUs.aspx and /Login.aspx.

Other pages give this error:
"We're sorry, an internal error occurred that prevents the request to complete.

Our supporting staff has been notified with this error and will address this issue shortly. We profusely apologize for the inconvenience and for any damage this may cause. You might want to try the same action at later time."

What could the problem be?

If you look in the nopcommerce database and open the table Nop_Log and look at the latest entries it will tell you what the problem is.
