How to Add Plugin Descriptions?

I noticed that in nopCommerce 3.80 you can now add descriptions that show up in the admin area for plugins. I did not see anything in the documentation that mentions how to do this. Can someone please shed some light on this? I am sure that something just needs to be added to the description.txt file, but I don't know what.
