Shipping provider - Spain Post Office "Correos"

Has anybody written a shipping provider for the Spanish Post office - the Correos and integrated it with their web services for shipping label printing? They already support Magneto and Prestashop but they tell me not NOP but are happy to provide me web service details. My client would be willing for a fair price to purchase if someone has already written it before I write it myself (which I would rather not!)!

this the most popular postal service in Spain, also they have ready plugin for Prestashop...

I talk to their department, so they said that it's really easy to convert, which I don't believe )))
