A Better Search Feature Plug-In

I am looking for a search feature plug-in that allows my nopCommerce shopping cart to return SKU results so customers and coworkers can search our website faster. The current search feature doesn't return any SKU results. I would also like for search results to be returned for words that are spelled incorrectly or is slightly different. For example a word may have a dash in it. I want results returned if the dash is left out. Or if the word is almost spelled correctly. But the main feature needs to be results returned when searching for an SKU.
