Multi Store configuration for Check/Money Order description does not work

I am using Nopcommerce 3.8 with multi store (assume store A and B). When I configured Check/Money Order payment description which allow me to set description for each store.

However, all store display the default description that set for "All Stores". I already checked the checkbox in front of the description item to make the description value for each stores differently.

I'm not sure whether this is bug or any setting I did wrong.

Please suggest.
