Paypal express

Hi, can someone please help me. I have installed the PayPal Express Plugin and configured the API access via PayPal. I have removed any other payment option and just have this one enabled with no country restrictions, but for some reason, it keeps saying 'No Payment Method Available' - I am at a complete loss, there is no error in the log etc and I have tried reinstalling to no avail. Please can someone help me with this. Thanks

I have also installed PayPal Standard, which works, and other payment methods which work. I am at a loss.
